Skills and Livelihood Development

At DEED Trust, we believe that developing skills and knowledge is key to both personal and community growth. Skill building helps individuals achieve financial independence and boosts their social acceptance. With this in mind, DEED Trust has organized various Skill Development Programs to empower rural youth and women, enabling them to create self-employment opportunities and improve their livelihoods.

Our Skill Development Programs

We offer training in a wide range of fields to equip individuals with the skills they need for success in today’s job market. Some of our key programs include:

Electronic System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM): In partnership with the Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) and the Department of Electronics & Information Technology (DeitY), we provide training in Electronic System Design and Manufacturing. The program is sponsored by the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India. We are an affiliated training partner for TSSC and work with various colleges, ITIs, and polytechnics to implement this scheme. To date, 1894 students have been trained, with 1775 students successfully completing their courses and finding employment.
