At DEED Trust, we understand the importance of securing a job after completing a course. That's why we have a dedicated Placement Team that works tirelessly to help students find employment in various companies.
What We Offer
To ensure that students are completely industry-ready, DEED Trust offers a range of support services, including:
- Soft Skills Training: We conduct soft skills training sessions to prepare students for job interviews, aptitude tests, and workplace communication. Skills like resume writing, presentation skills, and time management are taught to help students stand out.
- Job Placement Assistance: We help students connect with potential employers, offering support throughout the recruitment process to ensure successful placements.
Job Mela - A Successful Initiative
In August 2022, DEED Trust organized a Job Mela in collaboration with St. Joseph’s College, Cuddalore, NEXT GEN Solutions, Namma Cuddalore, and Magic Bus. The event aimed to connect students with job opportunities, and it saw the participation of around 2,500 candidates.
- 310 students successfully got placed in various companies.
- 350 students are currently on the waiting list for further opportunities.

DEED Trust is proud to be part of several government and NGO initiatives that help improve skill development and job placement opportunities:
- Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) scheme under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship

Our Training Centers
DEED Trust operates two Skill Development Centers in Pondicherry, where students receive hands-on training and preparation for the job market:
- DEED Skill Development Center - Plot No. 6, Jalagandeshwarar Nagar, Edayarpalayam, Pooranankuppam Post, Puducherry
- DEED Skill Development Center – West Street, Bahour, Puducherry
